We started on the floor — running registration counters, chasing exhibitor artwork, fixing show flows at 2 a.m. That is still how we think, only now we build the software too.

Our story

Built around one frustration: events losing their data

Maswin Solutions grew out of a simple gap. Organisers were spending heavily on beautiful events and ending up with a spreadsheet of names, a folder of photos and no real evidence of what the programme achieved.

So we built the two halves together. A MICE team that can source a venue in Goa or Toronto, negotiate a hotel block and run a 5,000-delegate congress. And a product team that owns the registration engine, the matchmaking diary, the mobile app and the virtual venue behind it.

The result is an event where the guest list, the meeting schedule, the badge scan and the session analytics are one continuous record — usable while the show is live, not three weeks later.
